During our family vacation at Giglio di Mare, we had a memorable experience that I believe would resonate well with families seeking a welcoming getaway. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality from Caterina, who made us feel right at home. The location next to the coast offered wonderful opportunities for family beach days. The fine sand beach was easy to access, perfect for our children, and the gentle slope into the water made it ideal for letting them splash around safely. We chose the Bella Vista room, which provided a lovely view of the garden and the sea. While the furniture showed some wear, it was functional and didn't detract from our comfort. Every morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast on the porch, where the homemade marmalade stood out as a favorite with the kids. The garden was a highlight, with spacious areas for our children to roam and explore. It's a fantastic place for families looking to unwind in a serene environment with plenty of outdoor activities nearby.
